- Afternoon: Spine and fascia training
- Early evening: Relax & Recover – detox facial peeling, because external care matters too
Thursday, May 15 – Closing & Inspiration
- Morning: Final Yogilates session “Flow for Vitality” – movement for energy and joy
- Shared breakfast: Individual closing consultation with tips on integrating new routines into everyday life
- Farewell gift: a small “Mindful Kit” with recipe ideas
